As most of you know, it's pretty tough to complete the operation in time. Usually The patient's HP goes down 1 every second, I couldn't even complete the 2nd one. I tried this, and it works really well! Every operation get the patients drunkness to max. Instead of around 1 HP a second, it's bout 1 HP every 20 seconds, It makes the game SO much easier! And to certain people out there, there is no "rhythm" or "beat" or whatever for the "Will to live" bar, I button mashed it, and it stayed full no problem.
