I know that trend is like, totally a couple months ago, but still, what are your opinions on it? I think it's not only stupid, but extremely awkward....
I use planking or a variation (Side bridge, essentially one arm planking) for exercise. Plank for 2 minutes, rest, then repeat.
Planking as an exercise is a bit different from planking for fun. In the exercise you have to use your arms to keeps yourself above the ground while keeping your back straight. In the fun version, your arms are at your sides and your face is against the ground.
