the governer of california helped passed a new bill for certian states to legalize pot and allows the federal government to restrict and distribute pot to anyone over the age of 21 for recreational use this being said anyone under the age of 21 will be said is a misdemeaner. the reason for passing this bill is it costs a couple hundred billions of dollars to jail those who smoke pot. post your ideas weather this is a good thing or a bad thing oh and ad me as a friend
