Well, I'm in need of aid, I want to propose to my (hopefully)future wife. I haven't an idea how to do it. Do I do it like in the movies, do I take her somewhere romantic, do I just put the ring on her finger?
Would she want something dramatic and flamboyant? Would she be happy for you to just get down on one knee and propose anywhere?
Whichever way you answered those questions is pointless. Hide the ring somewhere she'll come across it while you'll be with her, and when she notices it, ;D
Well, she might think you lost the ring if you hid it or something. Also, she might get upset you didn't have the courage to actually propose directly.
