Although it is another duplicate thread, here's how to do it.
Go to a person's page that you would like to be friends with. There's a green button in the top right corner that says "Add Friend." You should leave a comment on the user's profile to tell them "Hi" or something like that. (Please say something longer than that, it gets annoying seeing a bunch of Hi's on a page.)
You didn't include how to actually get to a page, though. If you know their username then type into the address bar armorgames.com/user/THEIR-USERNAME-HERE You can also get to a users profile page by clicking on their name in forum threads and if they have made a comment somewhere.
I dont think it works gohst of matrix because i typed a name in and there was a 404 error
If you got an error then you may have typed the name in wrong. It's case sentitive and you must include any underscores or similar to get the user's profile page up.
yeah you can click on peoples accounts that seem active but sometime it will say the 404 that means that their currently banned and if you want them to be your friend leave them a comment/s that you want to be their friend or they'll tell you if you want to be their friend.-DT07
If you get a 404, they have been permanently banned, or something is glitching horrible. You should not get a 404 for a temp banned user.
Now, for something else. Usually you go about this as you would in real life. Assuming here you need a guide to doing anyway, while being quite capable in real life, but the rl/interwebs conversion kinda tricks you: You are active. Perhaps you are interested in... Fruit, to take a topic currently in the Tavern, and you make a post there, then find out there are several people that share your opinion on bananas. You go contact them on their profile, if you can't start up a discussion in the thread (Fave Fruit thread might not work for that), saying you enjoyed what they said about bananas. Then you might have a conversation and both of you end up enjoying it so much, that you decided to become friends.
