He asked where to find them, though. I recommend you go look at the, what's it called... Help page. Or the stickied threads that are there to answer these questions. They always point out some other answers you might like, and show the rules, such as having to write more than 7 words yourself, and not just copy/pasting the rankings and AP-rewards from the help page.
