Well, that depends on what kind of games it has for their age range. If you mean E for Everyone games then I think they're about equal, but if you mean T for Teen games then it depends on what kind of exclusives they like and what they would prefer overall. A few years back I had both of these and preferred using the PS2. The controllers were great, games were fun, you could watch movies without having to pay for an extra thing to plug into the console, and that's about it I think. Only con to it was that the memory cards didn't have a lot of memory to them, so I had to get a few. If I'm remembering this correctly then the Xbox had unlimited memory, or a lot of it, because I remember not ever having to get a memory card.
