I tried signing into my Xbox Live account about twenty minutes ago because it said it wasn't connected to Xbox Live, and I couldn't. So I tried playing a game online and signing in that way and it didn't work. What can I do to fix this? I've tried several things already that it has suggested me, and nothing is working. And yes, I do have Xbox Live, a one month subscription that I activated four-five days ago.
My Internet connection is good, I'm connected to the Internet and everything, it just doesn't want to work. I tested it through my network settings and my network and Internet pass, but it always says failed on the Xbox Live test. By the way, my network is wireless, it isn't plugged into a modem or anything if that information is needed.
It was working fine earlier and this is the first problem I've had with Xbox Live in my five-six months of having it, and I'm just wondering how I can fix this.
Also, I updated my Xbox 360 ten minutes prior to this. I'm not sure if the new update has anything to do with it, by messing with the settings or anything, but there's some more information.
