Since I see that you have already added a friend, I suppose you answered your own question.

And, are you Chinese?

lol a bit rude....

You add friends by going on their account and clicking add friend. If you know their username but can't find their account then simply type in on your adress bar:
www.armorgames.com/user/THEIR USERNAME HERE
