It usually takes a while to kick in, other than mods/admins only you can delete it, so there's no point posting your profile link. Just click on the little wastebasket and wait.
If you're on your account's homepage, then it won't delete right away. However, if you go to the 'View All Comments' link and delete it from there, it will be gone after you refresh the page.
