Well, Nicho, those are outdated and don't state free game making programs. The closest thing you'll get to free from those is a trial version, but there's no point in wasting that up if you are a newcomer to programming.
I've found Stencyl to be the best, it's very newcomer friendly, easy to learn how to use, and you can submit those type of games to flash gaming sites since they are in a .swf format. FlashDevelop is okay, but I haven't used it that much. And I didn't even bother with Game Maker because you can't submit those type of games to Armor Games, or most flash gaming sites since they are not in a .swf format.
