Whatever I try I'm unable to defeat Kriscenthfold. Can someone give me a hint ? I'm with the undead race and mostly using knights(L3) and grenadiers(L2)

get all your units up to level 3 is the simplest thing that will help you out

how many shields do you have and what are you putting them into?

you can win with:

undead kninght cavalry, and as many of the soldier upgrades as possible.

I don't have premium. I have 57 shields and my talent tree is spread all the way down to divine shield + intensive training and prosperous.

PS: Inflict, I don't think the undead knight cavalry will come in handy, since my undead knights are lvl 3 with 690hp, 63 damage and 18 armor(far more superior than the cavalry).

Finally defeated .. I leveled up those grenadiers to L3 and succeeded. Thanks to all for the participation

undead knight cavalry is totally different from undead cavalry
Undead knight cavalry only unlocks from buying a premium and are far stronger than undead cavalry

Yep, I just saw that, sorry for the misunderstanding. But as I said I'm not a premium user and that is why I neglected that part. I'll keep to the undead knights + undead grenadiers tactic( of course, with a necromancer now since I defeated Kriscenthfold) and see how far I go this time

Don't bother with the Necro or the Nazgul. Undead mages are superior to the Necro in terms of damage and the Nazgul's ability (change enemy corpses into Undead units) goes to waste if you're using him to tank enemy attacks like you should be, since the units he creates are just going to get smitten by the enemy pile before they can do anything.

In all honesty you're better off using Santa Claus as your hero for Undead, as strange as that sounds, solely because his ability (randomly cast an upgraded War Cry on all nearby units) is far more useful than summoning meatshields that are just going to get grenaded or maged down before they can do anything useful.

Honestly, I thought about Santa Claus ;d But I don't know it just sounds silly - Santa Claus in a medieval undead war game ;d I'll give it a try though.

i made a typo. i was suggesting useing both kights and cav.

cav is much better in erly games espeicaly on big maps. and pie. nazgul is epic. loads of life alot of damage + summoning ability.

Nazgul gets owned whenever he goes up against a decent-sized force, with or without backup. His meatshields don't last long enough to be of any use at all since said decent-sized force is going to have mages or grenadiers in it and they'll trash his meatshields as soon as he makes them thanks to chain hits/area damage, which basically leaves him as a stronger Heavy Cavalry.

At least Santa's effect isn't wasted against groups...

By the way, any hero can kill individual squads with ease, so don't give me that.

no. nazgut creates knights + yes on his own he cant quite keep up damage wise but you only need ggive him 1 mage and hell destroy alot of units in his path
