Anyone publish stories on either Fanfiction.net or Fictionpress.com
Fanfiction.net is to write storeis for every cartoon, tv show, book, movie, manga, play, and all that stuff, but no original content.
Fictionpress.com is to write original stories in dozens of categories. Also Poetry accepted.
