Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum and forums in general. I stumbled across presumably new gaming site. They seem to have taken Armor Games Logo. I'm NOT promoting this site. I just don't know who to tell about this. I'm hoping someone with some authority will read this. Link Below
They even have most of the same games. The site in question is definitely a rip-off. That said, it is possible that AG may be able to take action through the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
It definatly got it's idea's from Armor Games. The logo is almost exactly the same, the home page is set out the same, with the new games in the centre, the popular games on the right, the genres at the top and the examples of top games in different genres at the bottom. That website is taking credit for the logo and layout of the AG site. I think that the AG staff needs to do something about this.
Since when was it illegal to have a similar homepage? The logo is similar to that of AG's, but that's not illegal last time I checked. If having a similar homepage was illegal then AG3 wouldn't exist because it's similar to that of Kongregate's. But if they had a similar name to Armor Games, nearly the same logo, then there could be a problem.
