Action Rules: 20: All new posts on pages that end in 0(except this rule) are invalid. 21: No numbers in your sentence. 22: If you have numbers in your name, your comment is ignored. 23: You only get one attempt to make your thing abide by the rules. 24: If you make tinyb0b laugh, then one of the rules may be ignored. To make sure of this, post at the start of your post "The rule I am ignoring for this comment is rule X" preceded by the event. If he doesn't laugh, then your comment is void.
"Rule" rules: 17: You must specify a number in your rule for it to count for tiyb0b to judge. 18: You are allowed to specify a different point of when to make a rule (eg you could make a rule for 42, 54, 67 etc in your making of a rule). 19: If your rule is shorter than 5 words, then it is automatically ignored. This doesn't affect the rules made beforehand. 20: If your rule is longer than 40 words, then it is automatically ignored. Numbers are counted as words (eg 24 is twenty four in this way) 21: No abbreviations in your rule. Some people may not understand it. 22: tinyb0b is able to re-interpret your rule if he doesn't understand it. You can explain it, but if it breaks a rule, then it is automatically wrong.
