I am using Flash CS5.5 to create a game, and I have made some graphics on MS Paint saved as a PNG. file. However, when I copy and paste the picture into Flash, it the colours are faded and messed up, and it is upside down. Anyone know how to fix this?

you could make the graphics on cs5.5 and not on paint but otherwise i have no clue.

Saving as a .png usually fixes that for me (I think because flash doesnt like MS Paint's default save type). Try doing file->import instead of copy-and-pasting.

and it is upside down. Anyone know how to fix this?


It being upside down should be no issue since you can easily turn it around in flash.

the colours are faded and messed up

This has happened to me before. You can still tell what the image is supposed to be, but its just messed up a bit.

btw, importing the .png works fine

Importing it instead of copy-pasteing should fix this
