Since Kongregate also has the game for multiplayer you never know if it's a kongregate hacker, or if the sites stay multiplayer with thier sites, I recommend asking an Admin for help as quickly as possible and make sure that you got the name because there wont be anything happening to the hacker unless you get his name so he can get silenced or banned.
