Basically, there are two major ways of being able to get a developer to create a game. The first one is to ask them. The problem with this is that developing games costs money so you may have to pay for the game. The second way is to contact the Armor Games staff. High quality games like The Last Stand are extremely hard and expensive to create. As a result, it takes a very long time to finish so you shouldn't expect it anytime soon.
