Doom, Quake, Hexen and Heretic.All of thise games has flash version which enables playing of first episode (not sure about Heretic, havent finished it).

if u are looking 4 non flash games, team fortress two is a unique, fun, and free game to play. I myself play it regularly and thoroughly recommend.
