Rocue - faster movement + 5 HP Pro - no noise
Marksman - 50% accuracy ( any gun ender 50% will have 50% ) + 10 HP Pro - 85% accuracy
Revenge - after you die your c4 explodes ( on your back ) + 30 HP Pro - your last killer is marked on your map
Target - marks any seen unit on map + 20HP Pro - cant be marked ( like ghost on cod 7 )
Perk 2 list All : 2000c Level:2
Modern Guns - bullets go throught walls ( 1 wall only ) Pro - bullets go throught enythig ( once only)
Hounted - Kills the enemy that has last killed you Pro - cant be used on you
Juggernout - were a juggernout armor + 50 HP Pro- can use a riot shield ( secondary )
One Man Army - call in a helicopter ( after 1 kill ) Pro - call in a mortar ( after 2 kills , mark 5 places )
Perk 3 list Level:3 Cost:3000c
Rage - some shoots do no damage Pro- when under 20 HP ( you get like pain killer ) and do docle damage
Serphant - every bullet i poisoned ( - 5 HP each 5 seconds ) Pro - Tomhawks X2
Fearless - explosions do no damage Pro - like second chance on cod
Ha!Ha! - place mines each 10 seconds ( auto ) Pro - if out of ammo you get akimbo A9C8

GPS - reviels bullets and hostiles shooting Cost: 500c
Golden Eye - mark a place to ( Lazer ) Cost:1900c
Night Vision - hostile fire is re and friendly blue Cost:2100c
Frag - Granade ( 2 )
Spike Granade - 20 spikes are shoot if in contact Cost:1800c
Claymore - everybody knows this!! Cost:1000c (3)
Spike Trap - 10 POWERFULL spikes are shot if standed on Cost:2000c (3)
The campaign is about a soldier called Fren who dies a gloryes death. Mission one is about his first mission, Mission two is getting out of the prison, Mission three is world war 3, Mission four is assassination of a russian leader, Mission five is you surviving in the most AWSOME map to date as long as possible( normally you die but if you survive )
Mission one You have to kill some soldiers, and blow stuff up, Mission two you have to kill armored guards with AK-, Mission three Helicopters Tanks Nukes ( it all started coz your commmander droped a cig on dynamite ) Mission Four Pistol and Sniper but hard, Mission five Survival mode start with a M.M.G.-211 ( Mini Machine Gun ) pistol up to Egles Eye, Az-A2, Type-3, Serphant 47, ( Intervantion ) and even to the last weapon Assassins Tool Elite ( Assassinst Tool with granade launcher Nd more Ammo )
I am going to recommend you: Don't post about flash games in the Video Game section. Contact an already known game developer and pitch your idea. Learn how to program yourself.
Or alternately, either see the Flash Games section, the Programming section or NewGrounds, as it has a higher population of game devlopers than AG does.

I am sorry, but I fail to see the relavance of that comment towards this thread. If you have a problem with this, go to a moderator (that isn't me) and report them as a spammer, or write something constructive to help them out here.
Reminds me, you might want to check out some of the free game-makers, like gamemaker or similar, which is quite simple, and might enable you to make a prototype of the game, you can pitch the idea more effectively.
