As there is Ranks already i suggest there should be levels and also level capacity's but to get Level XP you must get achievements to get XP and level up , i'm leaving it all up too you guys to think about what the maximum level should be.
I recommend you go look at how the ranking will be put up in AGv3, as nothing will be changed in this version of the site.
