It does make sense, if you're a forum lurker like me.
Basically, he posted a "how to cheat" thread in the Suggestions and Support section. Freakenstein chewed him out on the thread and locked it and warned him in his profile. Now he thinks he's helping people by posting this "don't cheat" message here.
