I just got Skyrim for my X-Box 360, (for that matter I just got my X-Box) and am wondering whether the Warrior or Mage class is better! Please write a brief explanation with your response!
If u can't choose be a battlemage (sword+magic) and stick to it or choose one (warrior based or magic based). My character is a Warrior because my 2 left and right hand are filled with swords.
Well you can be a hybrid relying on a mixture of both warrior and mage skills You wont't be quite as good with magic as a pure mage but neither will you die as easily. Your standard weapon and defensive skills will also be weaker this way but you will for example be able heal yourself or scare an enemy into fleeing something a pure warrior can't do.
You can also make 2 characters 1 warrior and 1 mage.
Though skyrim is a game where pure builds aren't very efficient any warrior or mage will find they need some of the others skills at some point. Also this game offer dozens of ways to play that will work you could be a stealth based warrior-mage hybrid that uses a two-handed weapon if you wanted. And probably do a decent job with it.
However I do need to tell you that destruction magic the main damage dealing magic gets weaker at higher levels compared to other combat skills. Other forms of magic don't suffer from this problem as far as I know though.
They are most likely good in each their way. I am also sure you can get some really good replies for this in the Skyrim thread already going. Locking as duplicate.
