sorry if this is in the wrong section ...
but i bought deluxe on shellshock live for one month ... and it dissapeared 4 hours later???
sorry for short post... if anymore info is required.. let me know

hmm .. i might be not understanding but i get the deluxe multiplyerx1
but cant choose the tanks that say deluxe .... is the multiplyer the only thing ur sposed to get for deluxe?

No it isn't! I have a deluxe account....But I think its still there..........(Should I check...........?)

hmm i dunno ... but when i go to store it asks me if i want deluxe ... and when i choose tanks ( not talking about tank pack tanks) the 2 bonus ones say deluxe only and i cant choose them??
any mods can point me where to get help for this ... the help page lacks info for this subject

sorry to be a pain in the backside ...
but i am getting a little frustrated/worried
i emailed justin like 2 days ago
i have not got a response yet...fair enough .. he could be busy
but now i can only enter shellshock as a guest
when i click login the armor login box pops and says loading then dissapears...
i have exhausted all my options as to this being a local problem...
4 pc's in my house that used to work fine can no longer login ... and can only connect as guests

i have paid for points in this game twice now .. and i dont know what to think of all this ... if it wasnt armor games i would assume it was a scam... any help someone could give me would be very much apreciated

Justin has been very busy, what with AG3 coming out, and the waves of spammers and adbots plaguing the site now; he doesn't even email the mods when they ask him about something, so I sympathise. You can try one of the other admins like Dan, but I don't think you'll get any luck on that.

I think you have two problems. One is the login problem, and two the deluxe one. I can't help you for the latter, but for the former, try switching browsers, check your options such that you don't automatically wipe out your cache/cookies. Or like it has in the past, the server has been down, but it should be up soon hopefully.

kk ill wait and see.. ive ruled out my side as i said 4 diffrent pc's
2 of them i tried firefox and ie
also safari/ie on one

so ... can we expect some compensation for downtime... i only ask cos for the 4th day of the month i have paid for i cannot play this game(kinda pointless to play as guest) ... all in all this is the first online game i have put money into since wow ... and not a very encouraging result

I am just going to lock this as a duplicate for now.
Justin and the staff is most likely not at work, but the moment they get back after the holidays, I am sure they are ready not only to answer emails but also fix logins and servers as fast as they are able to.
Give them a week, and if you still do not have access to the deluxe version of the game, send them another email stating your username, the game you have issues with, when you paid and how long it has been down, and I am sure they will do everything they can to get your data back.
Whether there will be compensation available is a touchy subject, but hopefully the staff will answer that themselves.
