You need pixie flight. To get pixie flight you need unblock all of the runestones, so you can use them to teleport to free the last pixie.

If you have pixie flight, just keep pushing the up button to fly up.

I am going to make a map in a few momment then i will comment it. It will have locations of most everything good.
