The phrase "serial killer" got on my nerve already. Besides, there're a lot of minors here. Maybe this sort of games should be rated before they're submitted onto AG.
Hmmm....I am one of the teenagers.... This sort of game....they could choose to play or don't play,isn't it? And some of the terrible game may not be really terrible.

It would be a funny (or mind breaking) plot to justify a serial killer... say, you are a ****** who always foiled the plans of an occult organization. One day some mad scientists deployed successful and untraceable brain-washing technology on random civilians that has only one mission in their lives: why, KILL YOU, of course. It also comes with a hafty side effect: those who got brainwashed would die in a day due to heart failure, as these folks recklessly push their body far exceed their normal limits. While you were forced kill these folks for self defense or just run for your live until they die, the police and the public would only see as if you were killing innocents. So you are jailed and the killing stopped. But you realized that was only a plan to keep you out of their business. You are the only person that can stop their evil plans, after all. Even if somebody else was up for the job, that guy would just recieve the same treatment as you. The only difference is that you survived, they didn't. So you jailbreaked and those folks reappeared, as a result you became public enemy number one and got a huge bounty on your head. Now you must avoid the police and kill those random berserkers on a quest to find the cure, and eliminate all people who are behind the brainwashing, putting an end to this madness once and for all, and lastly foil their master plan like you always did.
That would make a heck of a game right? Actually such story sounds more like an action movie or something.
