Nothing will be implemented in AG2, only in AG3. There is already a thread discussing private messaging. Check it out.

I heard that they actually had a chat system on AG long ago, but I presume that it was removed due to lag. I'm sure that they'll be having a private messaging system in AG3, as they had it in the beta, and a chat system like they have at Kong would be nice as well.
