It might be nice to see an auto-quote button on the forums. It would make it easier to reply to specific users, and so that quotes are properly credited to the original poster. I see this feature a lot in other forums (Bungie.net comes to mind), and thought it might be useful. (I'm not suggesting the removal of the quote key above the reply box, I'm suggesting a new button, near the flag button on each post, that auto-quotes that post into your reply)
It would also be nice to be able to edit your own posts for spelling/grammar, or just to remove your own reply without deleting the post entirely (which also is not an option). You just need an edit button, and to show that a post was edited to avoid abuse. Another one of those common forum features that this one is lacking.
I understand this is primarily a games site, and not a forum, but it would make forum use a bit easier to have some more features. Thoughts?
