The other 3,000 workers start creating a coal mine. Where? South Wales. Its a giant coal field, or it would have been at this time. Sir Doyle would be aware of this, being an English man.

The half the soldiers guard the miners. The other half guards the tower builders and scientists.

All of the soldiers start marksmanship training.

Sir Doyle Mandates that all citizens must undergo a 3 mile run every morning, to keep fit.
