You need to find a program that is used for making games. You also need to use Adobe Flash Player. It costs money to make a game. Sometimes it is free but these are usually extremely poorly made games. It is quite complicated to make a game. You would have to study it or you could pay for private lessons taking in mind the amount of money that you can earn through it.

if you want to make a game then you will need a lot of free time
I agree also your going to have to be creative and original with your idea if you want it to be successive against the monster competitors out here (gemcraft, raze, etc.)
