You cannot move topics from one place to another. You can find it but you may have to go back a few pages and look for it. That is why 'Stickies' were made. The stickies stay in place and don't move from where they are. They are the most inportant threads so that everyone can see them.

Can you delete a thread?

No you cannot. But you can get it moved by a mod. Just tell them.
