I know you can add people as friends but it will just be on your page (Just like a link to someone you added). It would be better if there are Friend Requests. After clicking add, You wait for the person to accept your friend request.
Not if all you want is a link to a mod. See the AGv3 section for what they have actually planned to do (which would be something like this), and I am locking this because the staff won't change anything to this current version of AG. If you meant for this to be a change to the new version, you should have put it there.
