Because I didnt see a topic about Hands of war TD (yet),so I made it Discuss pretty much everything related to Hands of war TD: strategies, favourite towers/champions, etc.
I play as lvl 40 wizard.What do I like the most, it that you dont need to grind exp 5 hours to get a lvl up!You can just do it in one battle And pretty much all towers are useful, because after buying tower, that tower type cost is increased.So you just cant rush game through by relying in one tower type :P There are also some little bugs: after buying tower, you cant instantly show it stats and change target.And in lvl victory screen, you cant unlock commander badges, if you get all of hero badges in a same level.But those things wont ruin my game
They did a great job on this game. They incorporated all the elements of the original games, including the classes and much of the armor, and made a well-oiled TD out of it.
I've played through most of the game as each unit, and each levels as fast as the next. However there are major differences between the classes. The archer has been my most successful character so far.
I have couple of things which I would like to discuss with other players. 1.Do you feel that quard tower is the lest useful tower?Because I do!It has good range and decent RoF, but its damage is pretty low, so it usually cant kill single full healthed targets like other towers. 2.Where do you usually place the hero at the start of battle?I usually place it at the end of path, because then I have really good "Finisher"-tower (I havent played much with warrior-champion, so this might not to be useful strategy with it, IDK).
1.Guard tower is the best. After unlocking it's upgrade, "gathering power from nearest guard towers" this thing one hit kill bosses on sight, and can reach attack speed limit pretty fast. After unlocking this I beat the game with 2 main units: Ranger (disabling stealth)+Max level guard tower (+support guard towers in attack range) 2.Based on map. Sometimes near entrance with "Attack stealth" priority.

I tested that, and they really kick enemys butts with that style Thanks about that tip, now I have use for all turret types
