It's a glitch in the Forums whereby they show weird dates, instead of the latest post. Been around for a long time, nothing much to it though.
It's a glitch, and the fact that it's 42 years is due to Unix Time, which started counting 42 years ago.
42 is the answer to everything, thereby making it seem like a good joke for a glitch for it to say 42 years ago.
There is also a glitch with the 'Just now' in the actual forum category, not on the AG page with a list of all the forum categories. The glitch is that sometimes it will say 'Just now by ___' even when that user posted it two hours ago.
