Do you know how long it takes to redo a whole website? It takes a hell of a lot of man power. So just wait and let them take their time. I don't see you making a website.

Since Cormyn retired from AG, the users are not being informed as to what is going on in development as detailed nor as frequently. Cormyn was the only admin to let us know whats happening.

If you want them to budge, then email them directly. I know they've been so busy on AG3 that they took 4 week to patch a bug in Crush the Castle.

Unless you have actual evidence of them not doing anything (besides not updating the beta*), I think it is a rather serious accusation.

*I assume they are working on stuff directly or indirectly related to the user interface, which would mean all the user data would have to be transferred for them to get a useful update out of that. As this would most likely screw around with points and the interface here and they would most likely need to remove the interface again after the test, they are not testing it on the open beta.
Everything else is just bad communication and lack of dedicated community admin.
