Corporation inc is a great tycoon game. It's one of my favorites. There's also Recordshop Tycoon, and small but fun game; Papa's Taco Mia, Papa's Freezeria, and Papa's Burgeria are restauraunt tycoons (you don't really manage much just try to make money to upgrade your shop). Now boarding and Now Boarding 2 are both tycoons in which you manage a airport. Coffee Shop, you run your own coffee shop. Those are the games off the top of my head, and I'm sure there are others.
