I'm going to be getting lessons soon for electric guitar. How big should it be? I'm 15 years old, and about 5'9" tall. Thanks!

I would say most guitars are close to the same in dimensions. Just go with a full size guitar. Now, don't ask what type, as I'm a bassist, but seeing as my brother is a die-hard guitarist...
