mods do have bigger voices, its only natural for them to have, why have mods if they aren't any different from the rest, but your a fool to think they are stuck up. And suggestions do help, a website with no feedback is hard to improve. and as for the sports section, i personally dont think this should happen, i dont know really, i dont have anything to back up my claim, but i personally think its a bit too specific...
Ok, everyone, lets get things strait, the moderators would not be able to create the section, that would be up to the coding of the admins, also RaiderDawg, please be respectful of the moderators, they help this site out a lot!!!

Also, yes, I do think is is an ok idea, as long as we can keep the spam under control, which is up to us, since the players are the ones who spam!
I know they help this site out, THEY ARE MODS. You will honestly never know what I've experienced with the mods, so you have no acknowledge about my discomfort with them.

Well of course the Mods have a bigger voice. That's why they're MODS. They have a bigger title than the rest of us and should have a bigger voice. Some can be stuck up IMO, but maybe that's just cuz they try too hard to.. well mod I guess. I mean, I just lost over 100 AP off of one of the mods deleting all the so called "spam" topics in the tavern. I wouldn't have posted there in the first place if one of them actually would have done their job and said it was in fact considered spam instead of leaving it like that for over.. 4 months. I would've spent my time on the forums elsewhere.
...But yeah, the sports section is a great idea, in my opinion. I'd like to talk to different people about my favorite teams and what not.
A Sport section is an Idea, but then that can be a new forum spot to spam in like " Who's is better, "This guy or this guy?" If we make the Sports Section, that could a catastrophe and after that, Ubertuna is going to make another sticky like he did on The Tavern that we've been spamming and yada yada and we're back to getting mad and what not.

i think it was ubertunas idea, because he is a recent mod and the other mods would have deleted them earlier.
hmm but as i said its like the games section. they dont limit on that.
im pro sports section. on page 2 of this thread plokkey stated the exact comparisons that i was going to point out. any conversation that goes on in the sports category is mirrored in other forums anyhow. might as well put them some place.
