Yes. It is great, Difficult. Luckily, you have game saves, So if you made a wrong move you can just load up and fix it. A lot to do there, Amazing combat system, not a game for those who just wish to finish the game in an hour or two. One game can take easily from 5+ hours. I haven't touched Multiplayer, but reviews are very positive. All in all, it is an amazing game.
4 seasons, you lose troops in winter, vital decisons (I.E. let Christan traders bring you guns and spread Christianity, making you a lot less popular or not), and individual troops doing fighting (Aesthetic, but pretty cool)
