If you want to beat the Raze 2 mission my first mission then look here!
First get some fire based weapons, like the burst torch, particle cannon, assault bouncer, holy grail, and ion cannon. Be really aggressive.

I'm pretty sure you can beat that level without making a single shot.

Be really aggressive.

. . . to kill your enemies in ninja speed, sure. You could also leave all the work to J Rockit.
