...the other possibility is leaving your account hanging as a so-called 'ghost account' and leave it at that! =)
And the latter of the two is probably what Justin will answer to you, since deleting an account is something they surely don't have time for right now with the new AG3 coming and all...

My recommendation: spam all you want on the site and wait until the admins permaban you.
If a user is to do this, he/she will surely have forsaken on ever regaining a user account here on ArmorGames for having a bann-record on his/her name! Unless... he/she is determined to never wanting to visit ArmorGames again, which I personally find hard to believe.... =)
