Every time I try to submit a game but I always fail,i don't know how to get the size of the picture right and more stuff like that?!
Use a photograph site like Flickr or Photobucket to submit and resize your images. Remember, 100 x 100 pixels. As for your other problems, if you don't list them, we can't help.

It is not hard to submit a game, it takes time, experience, knowledge and patience. Without any of these leadership qualities you won't have the right of way for knowing how to submit a game correctly.
