Yes, it was originally made to counter the argument that Creationism should be taught in schools along with/instead of Evolution. They said that if they were going to teach Creationism, they had to teach the Pastafarianism views as well.

First off there are several things that actually prove christianity 1. Darwin is a christian 2. (can't remember the scientist) basically our north and south poles ca switch some magnetic field and the aithiest theory says it take billions of years to do this while christian theory says it can happen in a matter of years... well the christian theory can be proven on every single planet and the aithiest view has only been proven on our planet and one other planet out of out solar system 3. You are saying that we CAN'T prove it but you CAN'T prove we are wrong.
Not even that, it's just a parody of creationism mostly supported by atheists.. funnily though, the parody has more convincing arguments than the victim..

Belief is about belief, details can be disproven but the existence of some kind of deity can't be proven nor disproven... aaand what is your point exactly?

why is there so many who want to disprove a religion. Can somebody tell me, why it is a bad/wrong idea to believe in a god?
simple, it isn't worth it. religion restricts logic and reasoning, and gives people reasons to enforce radical ideas that only benefit the guy who made them. it kills intelligence, and it breeds ignorance. it makes men into thralls, and thralls into martyrs for an unjust cause.
