Did you read the stickies/pinned threads with the big bold title and the orange/red pin next to them? The one saying guide, for example?
That will feed your curiosity or at least link you to something that can.

There are also posts referring to mertis!!! In order to earn a merit you have to make a comment which will be very good helping the other gamers for example to know about the game from your comment. Merits are very difficult to get though... :/
