Well, if you electrified the sword, the charge would just be diffused into the handle, or your non-conductive gloves.

i got the holy hand grenade from a rapping munk most use it to kill dangerous rappits but it should work for killing tigers

i use an iphone as bait,luring it to a tarp, then i hit it with a warhammer,battle axe and cross bow, followed by a FALCON (KNIGHTS SWORD)

Well, that is way too much weight for any one person to carry. So, all you can carry is the Iphone and the tarp. You throw the Iphone at it, and it pisses it off. The tiger will be a little bit more resiliant to attacks.
