I was wondering, are you allowed to have a conversation with someone over a period of time using each overs personal comments box if you want to or is that band.
Also, what happens if you click the report abuse sign, does much happen. I would just like to get to know how the site works and what you can and cant do a bit better. You can reply here or on my wall if you like.

Yes, this is allowed. Conversations: Good. Chatting: Bad. So having a conversation with good long replies that isn't sent back and forth every other minute is allowed. Making something like this: <10 Hi >10 Hi <10 What are you doing? >10 Nothing. You? <10 Just played a game >10 Which one? <10 [Game] >10 Oh, cool is bad.

If you flag something, the action will be logged in the AG office. If enough people flag the same comment, it will be deleted.
Oh right, so its just a flag you wave around in-front of their (the administrators) face that means absolutely nothing to them. Ok. What about the moderators, is it more their job?
No, most of the time the admins who are notified of such flagged comments don't do anything about them.
As far as I know, they actually do do stuff about it (that is, delete it all), but it kinda needs somewhere around 10-20 flags before anything is done. Considering I managed to get one of my own comments deleted this way, of course a few years back, I would say it works fine, but mods work, well, finer.
