I have played 2 online games (last castle and exit path 2) and I got to a decent level on both and then all of a sodden I got restarted to level 0!!!!! it is crazy!!!! So I think that should be improved... that is all
That shouldn't happen unless you have your browser delete cookies and temp files when you close it, you have a scriptblocker that would do the same, or the site is glitchy (again), which sadly might happen. In which case you would probably need to contact Justin about it. There are some stickies/pinned threads that contain his email, if you chose to do that.
