This thread is for the continuation of this game due to the original spanning over 4600 pages. Our rules have changed a bit since the thread first started, but its first post shall be sufficient for those purposes. We are currently level 12 and are a Good party. The Alignment is not subject to question. If you are a new player interested in joining, the GM at this point in time is DBLACKSTAR (Dibs).

and the faint smell of cheese. particularly a white cheddar smell.
No no they do not smell any cheese. I will tell you when you come in.
I stop my horse and signal to the cleric, then dismount and draw my dagger, calling to the bush.
"Is someone there?&quotoint my crossbow at it, very cautious
You get no response but you hear it move away from it's current position.

I mount up again.
Before you mount up you are charged by a an unfamiliar beast. But luckily it misses you and it stands before you.
This creature seems to combine the worst features of a wolf and a hyena.
It has a shaggy, spotted coat, a bristling mane along its spine, and a long,
bushy tail.

Alright but it is seriously getting annoying.
I draw my dagger and leap to the opposite side of my horse.
Alright Weapon drawn and hiding behind your horse.
i shoot it, aiming for the tail, then get a good distance from it, readying my mace
Alright you miss your shot. Alright now the beast takes in a deep breathe then releases a loud resonating Erie howl, as it howls the flesh on its face is peeled back. Both your characters recoil at this and are shaken for one round.

Once I recover, assuming I'm not already mauled to death, I'll attack.

Well he gets to attack first.
Once I recover, assuming I'm not already mauled to death, I'll attack.
Alright, with what do you attack?
Glorious. You're really trying to kill us, 'eh?
No these are just random encounters. Well Loco, he moves up to bite you but his teeth fail to penetrate your armor. Now it is the next round, what do you all do?
