Nope, Flash only.
Darkzector13, AS3 syntax is very similar to Java syntax, there some minor diferences but actually you can pass from Java to AS3 smoothly. But thats just my advice.
Whoops, I forgot to say that AS3 is a game language used to make Flash games, so if you make a game in AS3 you can submit it here
