*grin* Ok... seeing as you got me grinning about the thread's topic, I'll play along unknowing what this is exactly... =)

"Mummy? No son... seeing as I am a strange guy wearing a black robe, a plastic mask and I have a nice shiny lightsaber... I am your Father! Luke..." (o.O)

I think he's talking about an episode of Doctor Who, where the Doctor says "are you my mummy?". I could be wrong though.

Watch the clip

It's pretty entertaining.

I guess I have to brush up on my Doctor Who knowledge there then... (o.O)
I'm a first generation here, remember?

But I have to agree, that part you linked was pretty entertaining! I'll have to check into the series some time, should be entertainging indeed! Thanx for the explaining Goumas! =)

Oh god, not that episode! Why would you remind me of that! I have watched next to nothing from Doctor Who, and yet I managed to hit that and fuel my inspiration AND my nightmares in one.
The thing about the tape recording was awesome, though.

And people, I am pretty sure he is aiming for the referenced, to the reference. The Empty Child (if the description of above video is correct), which was a somewhat horrifying two(?) episodes of horror and angst.

That and the Doctor Dances. By far the two best episodes from the first season. If these freak you out, though, I recommend you don't watch Blink. Even though that is my favorite episode ever, it is beyond freaky.

I haven't watched Blink, but I am more than a little aware of what it includes.
All thanks to TvTropes...
All hail Doctor Who and their ability to include so many freaky situations and horror and nightmare fuel. Like that one radio drama...

But, alas, DK is mostly dry of any of the Doctor's adventures, and the only reason I saw this episode was because apparently one of the channels here lost a bed or something and sent the season in which it was included.
Which also lead to me regretting I hadn't been staring at the screen the entire season through, when the Bad Wolf arc came to its end.

Seriously, what is Doctor Who about? I mean, I know it's about the adventures of a Time Lord named the Doctor, but that' all I know.

Except for Weeping Angels, of course. *shudders*

I would classify it as a sci-fi action comedy, featuring the the Doctor and his companions. They travel through time and space, fighting evil and whatnot. In the most recent incarnations of the Doctor, one of the major themes has been protecting humanity from alien threats.

The Doctor, while a bad---, is also kind of a pacifist, which makes the show very interesting (to me, at least). He pretty much never uses guns or weapons (except for a sword that one time), opting instead for his cure-all sonic screwdriver. Overall, a very intriguing show.

Erm... I know that daily motion has some of them. Not sure though. You can just buy the boxed sets of the new ones.
